Standards are the combination of science-technology and practical experience. The transformation of scientific and technological achievements into technical standards is a comprehensive work of multi-subject collaboration and multichain integration. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the standardized and collaborative work policy in science and technology industry, putting forward some suggestions for standardization.
