标准化人才培养是实施标准化战略的基础和保障,起到促进经济和社会发展中的智力支撑作用。如何开展标准化人才培养,对于标准化教育领域发展提出了新的要求,在分析标准化人才培养现状和学习者需求的基础之上,对比分析开放教育与传统教育的优缺点,提出了标准化人才培养的开放教育模式,研究建构标准化人才开放教育的路径和内容,创新标准化人才培养模式。

Standardization talent training is the basis and guarantee of implementing the standardization strategy, which plays an intellectual supporting role in promoting economic and social development. How to carry out standardization talent training has put forward new requirements for the development of standardization education. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the status quo of standardization talent training and learners' needs, the paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of open education and traditional education, puts forward the open education mode of standardization talent training, and studies the path and content of open education for talent to in novate the training mode of standardization talents.
