浙江省安全生产地方标准建设的探索和思考

Exploration and Reflection on the Construction of Local Standards for Safety Production in Zhejiang Province

安全生产地方标准在地方企业的安全生产管理中发挥着重要作用。本文结合浙江省安全生产地方标准建设现状,详细分析了我省安全生产地方标准建设过程中存在的问题;另一面结合全国以及我省今年安全生产事故情况以及机构改革情况,指出我省安全生产地方标准建设面临着新形势,需将安全生产地方标准提升到应急管理地方标准层面进行完善,最后提出了完善我省安全生产地方标准建设的对策措施。

Local standards for safety production play an important role in the safety production management in local enterprises. This paper combines the status quo of the construction of local standards for safety production in Zhejiang Province, and analyzes in detail the existing problems in the construction of local standards for safety production in the province. On the other hand, it combines the national and provincial safety production accidents and institutional reforms this year, and points out that the local standards construction is facing a new situation. It is necessary to upgrade the local standards for safety production to the level of local standards for emergency management. Finally, it proposes countermeasures to improve the construction of local standards for safety production in the province.
