摘要
[目的]筛选及优化70%代森锰锌·咪鲜胺铜盐水分散颗粒剂配方。[方法]采用挤压造粒工艺,考察了润湿剂、分散剂、螯合剂及填料的种类和用量对产品性能影响,在此基础上对配方进行优化。[结果]最佳配方:代森锰锌62%,咪鲜胺铜盐8%,润湿剂AN-01 2%+IP 1%,分散剂WGN 5%+88A 8%,硫酸铵补足。[结论]该配方制备样品外观好、自分散能力强,各项指标符合水分散颗粒剂标准,产品贮存稳定性良好。
[Aims] The formulation of mancozeb·prochloraz copper 70% WG was screened and optimized.[Methods] The effects of type and quantity of dispersant, wetting agent, chelating agent and filler on product performance were considered by extrusion granulation process, and the formulation was optimized on the base.[Results] The optimal experimental formula was: mancozeb 62%, prochloraz copper 8%, wetting agent AN-01 2%+IP 1%, dispersing agent WGN 5%+88A 8%, ammonium sulfate add to 100%.[Conclusions] Mancozeb·prochloraz copper 70% WG has good appearance and self-dispersion performance, all indexs meets with requirement of water dispersible granule, and storage performance is stability.
