摘要
[目的]建立一种QuEChERS方法前处理结合超高效液相色谱同时检测水中吡虫啉和虫螨腈含量的分析方法。[方法]乙腈作为提取剂,PSA进行净化,通过超高效液相色谱,以乙腈-水(体积比85∶15)为流动相,使用C18色谱柱,在270 nm波长下对吡虫啉和虫螨腈进行定量分析。[结果]吡虫啉和虫螨腈的线性相关系数分别为1.0000和0.9997;2种药在水中的添加回收率为91.3%~95.1%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~4.7%。[结论]该方法精密度、准确度高,适用于吡虫啉和虫螨腈的定量分析。
[Aims ] A ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method for determination of imidacloprid and chlorfenapyr was established by optimization of QuEChERS pretreatment method.[Methods ] The water was extracted with acetonitrile, purified by PSA and determination was carried out on a C18 column with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (85∶15, by vol) at 270 nm.[Results] The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of imidacloprid and chlorfenapyr were 1.0000 and 0.9997, the recovery of the two pesticides in water was 91.3-95.1%, and the relative standard deviation was 2.6-4.7%.[Conclusions ] The methods has high precision and accuracy, which is suitable for quantitative analysis of imidacloprid and chlorfenapyr.
