先天性心脏病患儿术后心脏康复研究进展

Postoperative cardiac rehabilitation for children with congenital heart disease

随着医学发展,心脏康复治疗从对患者进行体力活动安全性监测发展为制定个体化运动训练、控制危险因素等多学科治疗方法,心脏康复治疗可有效缓解患者症状、增加运动耐量、控制危险因素,从而有效降低患者病死率。但目前关于心脏康复的研究主要集中在成人心血管疾病中的研究,关于先天性心脏病儿童心脏康复的研究较少,国内尚缺少对先天性心脏病患儿心脏康复的系统研究,国外研究表明对先天性心脏病患儿进行心脏康复是安全有效的。本文就先天性心脏病患儿术后心脏康复的研究进展作一综述。

With the development of medicine, cardiac rehabilitation has developed from the safety testing of physical activity to multidisciplinary treatment with individualized exercise training and risk factors control. Cardiac rehabilitation can effectively alleviate symptoms, increase exercise tolerance and control the risk factors, so as to reduce the mortality. However, the current research on cardiac rehabilitation mainly focuses on the study of cardiovascular diseases in adults. Few studies especially the systematic researches have been carried out on cardiac rehabilitation in children with congenital heart disease in China. Foreign studies have shown that cardiac rehabilitation is safe and effective for children with congenital heart disease. This paper reviews the cardiac rehabilitation for children with congenital heart disease.
