Difference Analysis of Overseas Oil and Gas Engineering Investment Calculation Software: A Case Study of ACCE

近年来,海外油气工程投资日益频繁,海外工程投资构成、软件使用与国内工程存在很多不同之处。Aspen Capital Cost Estimator(ACCE)软件内置计算模型与工具,在海外工程中应用广泛。以ACCE软件典型的投资构成为基础,从架构功能、使用范围、价格数据库以及报表结构四个方面分析国内外软件的区别,在投资计算策划、专业技术、应用范围、投资构成、价格数据库、成本编码、进度计划以及报表的解读等角度,提出在海外油气工程投资中使用软件的建议。

In recent years, overseas oil and gas engineering investment has become more frequent, but there are still many differences in investment composition and software application between overseas and domestic engineering. Aspen Capital Cost Estimator(ACCE) software has a wide range of computational models and tools, and is widely used in overseas engineering projects. Based on the typical investment composition of ACCE software, this paper analyzes the difference between domestic and foreign softwares from four aspects: function, scope of application, price database and report structure. Finally, in terms of cost estimation plan, professional technology, application scope, investment composition, price database, cost coding, plans and interpretation of statements progress, suggestions are presented on the use of software in overseas oil and gas engineering investment.
