摘要 随着我国航天型号任务的不断增多,航天器研制呈现出技术难度大、研制任务重、发射密度高等特点。为了高质量、高效率地完成科研生产任务,提出了基于综合流程开展航天器总装、集成、测试(AIT)质量与计划统筹管理的方法。从系统思维入手,将技术流程、产品保证流程、技术安全流程、计划流程融合为综合流程,细化梳理技术状态控制、风险管控、生产准备情况、大型设备保障、外单位人员及操作控制等活动,分析关键节点,不断优化型号研制流程,有效确保AIT研制进度和质量管控的有效性。 With the increasing number of aerospace model missions in China, the R & D for spacecraft is faced with more technical difficulties, more development tasks and higher emission density etc. In order to complete the scientific research and production tasks with high quality and high efficiency, a method based on integrated process for the overall management of spacecraft AIT quality and planning is proposed. Starting from the system thinking, the technical process, product assurance process, technical safety process, and planning process are integrated into a comprehensive process, which refines the technical state control, risk management and control, production preparation, large equipment security, external unit personnel and operation control activities. It gives some analyses of key nodes and continuous optimization of model development process, and ensures the effectiveness of AIT development progress and quality control.
