摘要
在高风险性情况下保证高可靠性是航天产品研制过程质量控制中的难题,对标新一代运载火箭高可靠、低成本、无毒、无污染、适应性强、安全性好的研制标准,该难题更加突出。为不断提高新一代运载火箭的质量控制水平,在充分继承航天产品质量管理经验的基础上,提出了精细化质量控制方案,更加注重产品质量控制的主动性和关键细节质量控制措施的末端落实,并制定了多项新增和加严的质量控制措施,使全箭总装质量把关能力得到进一步加强。
Ensuring high reliability under high risk conditions is a difficult problem in the quality control of aerospace product development process. Especially during the more stringent quality control standards such as high reliability, low cost, non-toxic, pollution-free, strong adaptability and good safety of the new generation launch vehicle, the contradictions become more intensive. To constantly improve the quality level of the new generation launch vehicle, based on fully inheriting the quality management experience of the aerospace products, the company puts forward the delicacy quality control scheme. To pay more attention to the initiative of product quality control and the implementation of key detail quality control measures, many additional and stricter quality control measures are set up, then the quality control ability of the whole launch vehicles assembly has been further strengthened.
