摘要 举一反三工作的闭环管理是质量问题归零工作中非常重要且较为复杂的过程。结合公司近年来在该项工作中的管理经验,提出了从举一反三产品范围的确定、措施的落实,到结果确认的整个闭环管理流程,既能保证举一反三工作的有效实施,又对其他管理流程的设计实施具有借鉴意义。 Quality problem closed-loop management for drawing inferences about other cases from one instance is very important and complicated. Based on company’s management experiences of the related work in recent years, the whole closed-loop management process from the definition of product scope, the implementation of measures to the confirmation of results is put forward, which can not only ensure the effective implementation of the work, but also provide reference for implementation of other management processes.
