摘要
电连接器是一种在电气终端之间提供连接与分离功能的元器件,在导弹武器系统中起着重要的电能输送、信号传递、快速连接和断开作用。通过采用外观检查、力学试验、解剖检查等手段,对导弹武器系统中失效的电连接器进行了失效分析,发现电连接器失效是由于内部起固定作用的粘胶胶量不足,使得绝缘体固定强度不够,绝缘压板回退所致,并采取了相应的工艺改进措施。
Electric connector is a kind of components which provide a connection and separation function between electrical terminals. It plays an important role in power transmission, signal transmission,fast connection and disconnection in missile weapon systems. The failure analysis of the failed electrical connector is carried out by means of appearance inspection, mechanical test and anatomical examination.The retreat of the insulating pressure plate of the electrical connector is due to the insufficiency of the internal fixed adhesive, which leads to the insufficient fixed strength of the insulator.
