摘要
边坡内部角度的测量是决定边坡安全预警的重要因素,本文考虑边坡上覆压力的几种工况,结合GEO-studio软件加载实验的模拟边坡加载实验结果,设计了一种使用3D打印技术封装的FBG测斜传感器,通过标定实验得到角度与FBG波长的线性关系。模拟边坡加载实验分析了上部荷载对新型FBG传感器波长变化的影响,并将结果与软件模拟结果进行对比分析,发现两种边坡加载实验的结果趋于一致。该新型传感器成功的消除了温度变化的影响。
The measurement of the internal angle of the slope is an important factor to determine the safety warning of slope.Considering several working conditions of the overburden pressure on the slope and the experimental result of the simulated side slope of the geo-studio software loading experiment,a FBG tilt sensor using 3D printing technology is designed.Through calibration experiment.The linear relationship between angle and FBG wavelength is obtained. Our system to analyze the influence degree of the wavelength change with the upper loads,then compare the results of software simulation analysis,found that two slope loading experiment results converged.This sensor successfully cover the influence of temperature change.
