乐业县农村妇女对乳腺癌知识认知、信念、行为现状调查

Survey on status of knowledge,attitude and practice of breast cancer among rural women in Leye county

目的了解乐业县农村妇女对乳腺癌相关知识的认知、信念、行为,为制定相应干预措施提供依据。方法 2018年8～12月,采用自行设计认知、信念、行为问卷调查表,对180名农村妇女进行调查。结果 180名农村妇女对乳腺癌相关知识平均知晓率为10.60%,健康信念平均持有率为61.30%,健康行为平均形成率为31.51%。结论乐业县农村妇女对乳腺癌相关知识平均知晓率、健康行为平均形成率均较低,健康信念和行为不一致,说明既往对乐业县实施乳腺癌相关知识宣传仍存在不足。

Objective To understand the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP) of rural women about breast cancer in Leye County,so as to provide basis for making specific intervention measures.Methods During August and December 2018,180 rural women were investigated with self-made KAP questionnaires.Results Among 180 rural women,the awareness rate of breast cancer related knowledge was 10.60%,the average holding rate of health belief was 61.30%,and the average formation rate of health behavior was 31.51%.Conclusion The average awareness rate of breast cancer related knowledge and the average rate of health behavior formation of rural women in Leye county are relatively low,and their health beliefs and behaviors are inconsistent,which indicates that there are still some shortcomings in implementing breast cancer related knowledge propaganda to Leye county in the past.
