摘要
双歧杆菌是一种广泛应用的益生菌,但是受到环境胁迫后,菌株活力大幅降低,影响菌株功能发挥,其中信号分子AI-2在益生菌耐受环境胁迫中发挥关键作用。文章研究了外源添加AI-2对双歧杆菌BBMN68耐受酸、胆盐及氧胁迫能力的影响。结果表明,外源添加AI-2可以显著提高BBMN68在p H4.0酸胁迫的存活率(P<0.05),显著降低氧气的抑制作用(P<0.05),对在0.1%浓度胆盐下的生长无显著影响(P>0.05)。该研究表明,可以通过外源干预来提高长双歧杆菌的环境耐受能力。
Bifidobacterium is a widely used probiotics, but environmental stress can reduce strains viability and affect probiotic strain function. AI-2 plays a key role in probiotics’ stress resistance. This study focused on the influence of AI-2 on acid, bile salt, oxygen tolerance resistance and biofilm formation of BBMN68. The results showed that after the addition of AI-2, the survival rate of BBMN68 significantly increased(P<0.05), and the inhibition of oxygen was significantly reduced(P<0.05). By contrast, the addition of AI-2 had no effect on 0.1% bile salt tolerance resistance(P>0.05). The results offer the possibility to improve probiotics’ adversity tolerance by exogenous intervention and it lays the foundation on mechanism between LuxS/AI-2 QS and BBMN68’ physiological property.
