大型发电机水冷定子线圈采用不同材质的槽内设计

摘要 通过对1200MW级水氢冷发电机定子绕组空心股线采用不锈钢和铜两种材质定子绕组时的损耗情况进行计算分析,得出了这两种材质对定子槽内布置设计的影响,并针对设计提出了建议。 Through the calculation and analysis on losses of the 1200MW class water-hydrogen-cooled turbine generator stator, in which two deferent hollow strand materials (stainless steel or copper) were applied, the influence onto the design with the deferent hollow strand materials was recognized while the suggestion toward the design was put forward.
