摘要
对17节大推力圆筒型永磁直线同步电动机的制造进行工艺分析。使用芯轴定位装配法,保证多节定子装配气隙周向尺寸公差要求;使用二次校磨结合工艺,保证动子直线度要求;使用永磁体包覆焊接、线圈绕包烘制和压力试验,保证了电机密封性的要求。通过样机试验,验证了该17节大推力圆筒型永磁直线同步电动机满足技术要求。
Analysis on manufacturing technology of the large-thrust cylinder-type PM linear synchronous motor composed of 17 sections was performed. The mandrel positioning & assembly method was employed to ensure circumferential dimensional tolerance requirements of air gap in multi-pitch stator assembly, technological combination of secondary straightening and grinding was applied to ensure the linearity of the rotor, throughout PM cladding welding and coil wrapping sintering as well as relative pressure test were utilized to ensure the motor fit with the sealing requirement. Test results of the prototype verified this largethrust cylinder-type PM linear synchronous motor composed of 17 sections meet with the technical requirements.
