直流变频压缩机电机匝间绝缘测试研究

摘要 因定子绕组磁势与转子永磁磁势共同作用,定子三相线路的阻抗会发生变化,从而使压缩机电机定子三相线路中每相线路的匝间耐压试验波形均不完全重合。为此,提出了判断直流变频压缩机匝间故障的分析方法,并以实例证明该匝间故障分析方法的正确性。 Under the mutual effectiveness by magnetic potential of both the stator winding and permanent magnet, impedance of stator 3-phase circuit would be changed, resulted in the misalignment of tested waves of each phase of the compressor motor in the turn to turn withstand voltage test. Thus, analysis way to judge turn to turn insulation defaults of the DC frequency-control compressor motor was put forward while correctness of this analysis way to judge turn to turn insulation defaults was proved by the exact example.
