摘要
目的:分析山东省农村居民对村卫生室医疗服务的满意度情况,探索其主要影响因素。方法:描述性统计分析、单因素分析和二分类Logistic回归分析。结果:村卫生室医疗服务满意度平均得分为3.93±0.87分,年龄、村医愿意倾听程度、村医知识能力满足需求和村卫生室环境是其主要影响因素。结论:农村居民对村卫生室医疗服务的满意度水平较高,可通过加强村医医疗服务能力、改善村卫生室环境等多种途径进一步提高其满意度水平。
Objective To analyze the satisfaction of rural residents in medical service in village clinics in Shandong Province and explore its main influencing factors.Methods Descriptive statistics,univariate analysis and binary logistic regression.Results The average score of the satisfaction in medical service in village clinics was 3.93±0.87.Age,listening extent of village doctor,ability of village doctor satisfying the demand and environment of village clinic were the main influencing factors.Conclusion Rural residents had higher level of satisfaction with medical service in village clinics.The satisfaction level can be improved further by enhancing the medical service ability of clinic doctors,improving the environment of village clinics and other approaches.
