养荣润肠舒合剂配合循经筋针刺疗法治疗慢传输型便秘临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of slow transit constipation by Yurong Runchang Shu mixture combined with Acupuncture Therapy

目的通过临床试验观察养荣润肠舒合剂配合循经筋针刺疗法治疗慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的患者随机分为阳性对照组和针药治疗组,阳性对照组患者治予枸橼酸莫沙必利片,针药治疗组治予养荣润肠舒合剂配合循经筋针刺疗法,治疗2周后观察两组临床症状改善情况。结果治疗后两组便秘症状积分、生活质量积分及结肠标志物排除率均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),且针药治疗组(便秘症状积分7.63±0.29、生活质量积分14.56±0.42及结肠标志物排除率83.66±2.24)效果优于阳性对照组(便秘症状积分8.75±0.52、生活质量积分18.42±0.21及结肠标志物排除率77.36±1.98)(P<0.01)。结论养荣润肠舒合剂配合循经筋针刺疗法治疗慢传输型便秘疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangrong Runshen Mixture combined with phlegm acupuncture in the treatment of slow transit constipation through clinical trials. Methods Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into positive control group and acupuncture treatment group. Positive control The patients in the group were treated with mosapride citrate tablets. The acupuncture treatment group was treated with Yangrong Runchangshu Mixture and Acupuncture and Acupuncture. Conclusions Yangrong Runchangshu Mixture The treatment of slow transit constipation by acupuncture and acupuncture is exact and worthy of clinical promotion.
