抗旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗复杂股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析复杂股骨转子间骨折采用抗旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗的临床疗效。方法以手术方式为依据分为两组,对照组采用动力髁螺钉内固定术治疗,观察组采用PFNA内固定术治疗,对比两组临床手术情况与并发症发生情况。结果对照组对比,观察组患者术中出血量更少,手术时间、骨折愈合时间与术后下床时间更短,差异显著,P<0.05;观察组患者术后并发症发生率为2.27%,低于对照组的20.45%,差异显著,P<0.05。结论复杂股骨转子间骨折采用抗旋髓内钉治疗的临床疗效显著,可广泛推广。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of anti-rotation intramedullary nail(PFNA) in the treatment of complex intertrochanteric fracture of femur. Methods According to the operation method, the patients were divided into two groups: the control group was treated with dynamic condylar screw fixation, the observation group was treated with PFNA internal fixation, and the clinical operation and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group had less intraoperative bleeding, shorter operative time, shorter time of fracture healing and shorter time of getting out of bed after operation, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.27%, which was lower than that in the control group(20.45%), the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The treatment of complex intertrochanteric fracture with anti-rotation intramedullary nail is effective and can be widely used.
