牙槽嵴严重吸收的全口义齿修复66例临床分析

目的观察牙槽嵴严重吸收的全口义齿修复66例临床疗效。方法我院2016年10月2017年10月接受的66例行全口义齿修复的患者为本次研究对象,按照治疗方法不同所有患者均分为实验组(33例)与对照组(33例),对照组行张口印模法,实验组行试排牙闭口二次印模法,比较两组患者全口义齿修复效果。结果实验组患者粘膜压痛例数为2,少于对照组,P<0.05。实验组患者治疗6个月后随访全口义齿修复优良率为94.0%,高于对照组,P<0.05)。结论对于牙槽嵴严重吸收的患者全口义齿修复中采用试排牙闭口二次印模法可有效减少患者不适感,提高患者牙齿咀嚼功能。
