集束化护理在儿童 SICU机械通气鼻饲患儿中的应用价值被引量：2

摘要目的探讨集束化护理在儿童SICU机械通气鼻饲患儿中的应用价值。方法选取近两年SICU收治的80例需机械通气鼻饲治疗的患儿,按照随机数字表达法将其分为观察组(40例)与参考组(40例),观察组采用集束化护理模式,参考组采用常规护理,观察两组患儿护理效果。结果观察组患儿机械通气鼻饲期间并发症发生率明显低于参考组,患儿机械通气时间及SICU治疗时间均明显短于参考组(P<0.05)。结论在SICU机械通气鼻饲患儿护理中采用集束化护理模式可有效降低并发症发生率,促进患儿尽快康复。
