概述了目前我国铸造行业专业技术人才培养的现状,并对专业技术人才短缺的现象进行了分析。探讨了我国高校、职业技术院校以及行业组织对铸造专业人才的培养模式。在我国铸造行业转型的关键时期,企业急需人才的情况下,希望能为我国铸造行业的人才培养提供一些新的思路。

The article overviews the status of foundry professional technologist in China, and analyzes the causes of the serious lack of the casting talents. In addition, the training modes of professional technologist in the colleges,universities, vocational and technical schools, industrial the associations or societies are discussed. Some new ideas for professional technologist training are suggested during the critical period of foundry industry transformation.
