武汉市机场二通道湿地生态带的规划与建设

The Planning and Construction of the Wetland Ecological Belt of the AirportⅡ Channels of Wuhan

武汉市机场二通道地处市区西北部,通道两侧河湖湿地众多,有较好的自然生态本底,其湿地生态带规划区域位于武汉市城市总体规划确定的六大绿楔之一——府河绿楔范围之内。府河绿楔生态示范项目已被国家发改委和国家林业局列为全国第一批林业生态建设PPP试点项目,本文以机场二通道湿地生态带景观工程为例,详细阐述其规范方案和建设情况,探讨湿地生态带规划与建设的要素及其处理方式,从而对本土特色的重要通道周边湿地片区规划与建设提供案例。

The second channel of Wuhan airport is located in the northwest of the city.There are plenty of wetlands on both sides of the channel.The site of the charinel is with a fair good ecological condition.The ecological zone of the wetland is located in one of the six green wedges,in the general urban planning of Wuhan city,which is within the range of the green wedge of the Fuhe.The ecological demonstration project of Fuhe Wtedge is listed by National Development and Reform Commission and National Forestry Bureau as one of the first ones to be PPP pilot projects for forestry ecosystem development.Taking the ecological landscape project of the wetlard in the second channel of airport as an example,this paper discusses the specification plan and the construction situation,analyses the elements of wetland ecological belt planning and construction and its processing,thus providing cases of and methods of the planning and construction of ecological belt of wetland.This paper aims to provide a reference for the planning of the ecological belt of wetlands in the environment closed to the important transportation channel.
