摘要 By taking advantage of recent advances in aptamer biology and nanotechnology, we developed a general approach for the design and fabrication of bioresponsive controlled delivery systems. It utilized the structure-switchable aptamer directed assembly and disassembly of gold nanoparticles from mesoporous silica supports, which enables the control of cargo release from the inside of the mesoporous nanoparticles specifically in the presence of target molecule.
