摘要
工业自动化发展的每个历史阶段必定有一种控制平台相对应。当前,火电厂进入智能化建设阶段,霸占火电厂控制平台近30年的DCS已经显示出力不从心的疲态。本文揭示一种全新的控制平台——智能控制系统(Intel igent Control System,简称ICS)正在悄悄孕育产生,并介绍它的基本特征。最后,笔者对ICS与SIS(Supervisory Information System)间的关系调整,以及平台出现后的管理变革等问题进行初步探讨。希望通过本文,开放思路,引起讨论,加快火电厂自动化发展。
The control platform shall be corresponded with each develop period in industry automation. Recently, the smart power plant has been developed while the 30-year-old DCS shows poor. The paper will announce that the intelligent control system (ICS) as the newest control platform has been come into the world quietly and we will show its basic feature too. Finally, the function configuration between ICS and SIS, as well as the management reform will also be discussed. The author hopes that open ideas and discussions be raised by the paper.
