微波消解ICP-MS测试锂离子电池三元材料中的41种元素 被引量:1

Micro Digestion ICP-MS Test 41 Elements In Ni-Co-Mn Ternary Composite Material for Lithium ion Batteries

摘要 本文利用微波消解仪进行锂离子电池正极三元材料样品的前处理,电感耦合等离子体质谱仪进行样品中41种元素的测试,加标回收率在80%~120%之间,RSD<5%,检测结果准确可靠。
