PHENIX 8仿生物电刺激治疗薄型子宫内膜的临床研究 被引量:21

Clinical study of PHENIX 8 bioelectric stimulation in the treatment of thin endometrium

摘要 目的探讨PHENIX 8仿生物电刺激治疗薄型子宫内膜的临床疗效。方法选择2015年6月至2017年10月在青岛市市立医院接受治疗的薄型子宫内膜患者93例,根据患者意愿分别给予雌孕激素序贯治疗(雌激素组,30例),PHENIX 8仿生物电刺激治疗(电刺激组,28例),小剂量雌孕激素序贯联合PHENIX 8仿生物电刺激治疗(联合组,35例)。治疗3个月经周期后,比较3组患者治疗前后促黄体生成素峰值日子宫内膜类型、厚度、子宫内膜下动脉阻力指数(resistance index,RI)、搏动指数(pulsatility index,PI)、收缩末期与舒张末期血流速度比值(systolic/diastolic ratio,S/D值)。结果治疗后,雌激素组子宫内膜厚度及A型子宫内膜比例增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RI、PI、S/D无明显变化。电刺激组和联合组子宫内膜厚度增加,RI、PI、S/D下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组中A型子宫内膜比例治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组患者治疗后促黄体生成素峰值日内膜厚度≥7 mm分别为53.33%,53.57%,80%,联合组明显高于雌激素组和电刺激组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PHENIX 8仿生物电刺激治疗可以改善薄型子宫内膜患者的血流灌注,增加子宫内膜厚度,联合小剂量雌激素治疗效果更佳。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of PHENIX 8 bioelectric stimulation in the treatment of thin endometrium. Methods 93 patients with thin endometrium were selected from June 2015 to October 2017 in Qingdao Municipal Hospital, followed by sequential treatment of estrogen and progesterone(estrogen group,30 cases), PHENIX 8 bioelectric stimulation(electric stimulation group, 28 cases), low-dose pregnancy hormone sequential therapy combined with PHENIX 8 bioelectric stimulation(combined group, 35 patients). After 3 menstrual cycles, the endometrial types, thickness, endometrial resistance index(RI), pulsatility index(PI), end-systolic and end-diastolic blood flow velocity ratio(systolic/diastolic ratio, S/D value) of the three groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the endometrial thickness of the estrogen group and the proportion of endometrium of type A increased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant change in RI, PI and S/D. The thickness of endometrium increased and the RI, PI and S/D decreased in the electrical stimulation group and the combined group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the proportion of type A endometrium between the three groups before and after treatment(P<0.05). The peak endometrial thickness of luteinizing hormone peak day≥7 mm in the three groups was 53.33 %, 53.57 %, and 80 %, respectively. The combination group was significantly higher than the estrogen group and the electrical stimulation group(P<0.05).Conclusion PHENIX 8 bioelectric stimulation can improve blood perfusion in patients with thin endometrium, increase endometrial thickness, and better combined with low-dose estrogen.
