摘要
校本研修是我国中小学教师专业生活的特色与常态,是中小学教师专业成长的主要途径,对于我国教师队伍的质量与稳定功不可没。然而,当我们走进校本研修现场时,发现仍存在值得深入思考与研究的问题。本文基于实地考察和访谈等多种方式,审视我国校本研修的现状问题,探寻校本研修的可能路径,力图让校本研修这一促进教师专业成长的优秀传统更加焕发活力。
As the characteristic and normal status and also the main channel of teachers′ professional life in basic education, school-based research and training contributes a lot to the quality and stability of Chinese teachers. However, when we get close to the school-based research and training scene, we find that many problems still exist. Based on field investigation and interview, this paper examines the current situation and problems and explores the possible path of school-based research and training, in order to give renewed vigor to promote teachers′ professional development.
