摘要
从单一到多样的课程教学目标与设计、从学业成绩到综合素质的学生评价、从教学到学术的教师能力以及从学业到生涯的辅导咨询是新高考给教师带来的专业发展新需求。为满足上述新需求,学会课程设计并成为学生学习的设计师、学会学业与发展评估并成为学生成长的测评师和学会学习与生涯辅导并成为学生发展的导师是基于新高考的教师培训目标和角色期待。
Curriculum-Teaching objectives and design from single to various, Student evaluation from academic achievement to comprehensive quality, Teachers’ ability from teaching to academy and counseling from learning to career are the new professional development needs that have been presented to teachers by the new college entrance examination. To meet these new requirements, learning to design courses and becoming a designer of learning, learning to evaluate academic achievement and students development and becoming an appraiser of grow up and learning to study and career counseling and becoming a tutor of student development should become the teachers training objectives and role expectations based on the new college entrance examination.
