摘要
学校发展规划体现了一所学校的价值追求。重视凝炼价值追求同时将价值追求落实到战略举措当中,这是美国知名中学发展规划最为显著的特点之一。本文在研究10多所美国知名中学发展规划的基础上,以美国安多佛中学2014年出台的学校发展规划《连接我们的优势:安多佛的努力》为例,分析美国知名中学发展规划的经验,以期对我国高中特色化建设的规划编制有所启示。
The school development plan reflects its core values. Emphasis on developing and implementing such core values in the strategic plan forms important characteristics of well-known American high schools. After examining more than 10 well-known American high schools’ strategic plans, this paper uses the Phillips Academy Andover 2014 strategic plan’Connecting Our Strength: the Andover Endeavor′ with the aim to suggest what this model has to offer Chinese high schools on compiling school development plan for constructing its characteristics.
