皮质受累CLIPPERS综合征一例 被引量：1

CLIPPERS syndrome with cerebral cortex lesions:one case report

摘要 患者男性,17岁,主因头晕头痛伴四肢乏力2个月,于2012年6月20日入院.患者于2个月前无明显诱因出现头晕头痛伴四肢乏力,自诉站立、行走不稳,易跌倒,症状持续加重,偶有饮水呛咳、言语不利,无肢体麻木或疼痛症状.曾于村卫生室就诊.予布洛芬(具体剂量不详)口服.因症状渐进性加重至我院就诊,以“颅内病变待查?”收入院.
