徐灵胎《医学源流论》体质思想探微

Exploration of Constitution Thoughts of Yixue Yuanliu Lun Written by XU Lingtai

[目的]探讨徐灵胎所著《医学源流论》中关于中医体质学的论述。[方法]采用传统文献学的研究方法,通过认真研读《医学源流论》以及关于《医学源流论》的现代文献研究,并结合现代中医体质学说,分析、归纳、总结徐灵胎的体质思想。[结果]《医学源流论》涉及到中医体质思想的相关文章共有25篇,而CNKI数据库中关于《医学源流论》的现代文献研究共有8篇。徐灵胎虽然未明确提出"体质"一词,也未形成与中医体质有关的学术体系,但其在继承前人理论的基础上对中医体质已经有了一定的认识,其关于体质学的论述散见于各论中,内容涉及到体质差异、体质生理、体质防病、辨体调体四个方面,且重视治病求本,[结论]《医学源流论》体质思想不仅在一定程度上丰富了中医体质学的理论内涵,而且其学术思想对中医临床实践具有重要的参考价值,值得后辈学习。

[Objective] To explore the dissertation on the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine in XU Lingtai’s Yixue Yuanliu Lun.[Methods] The traditional literature research method was adopted.Through the careful study of the Yixue Yuanliu Lun and the modern literature research on Yixue Yuanliu Lun,combined with the theory of modern TCM constitution,the physique of thought from XU Lingtai was analyzed,generalized and summarized.[Results] There are 25 articles related to the constitution thoughts of TCM in Yixue Yuanliu Lun.There are 8 modern 17 terature studies on Yixun Yuan lin Lun in CNKI datatase.According to the research conclusion,although XU Lingtai did not explicitly put forward the term constitution,nor did it form an academic system related to TCM physique,its dissertation on physique is scattered in various theories,and the content involves constitution differences,constitution physiology,constitution disease prevention,constitution differentiation and constitution adjustment,and attaches importance to treatment.[Conclusion] XU Lingtai had a certain understanding of TCM constitution based on the inheritance of predecessors’ theory,which not only enriches the theoretical connotation of TCM constitution to a certain extent,but also has important reference for TCM clinical practice,worth learning for future generations.
