摘要
针对传统直流大电流发生器作为塑壳断路器瞬动实验装置存在过渡时间长、易超调、暂态精度和纹波难控制的问题,提出了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)实现的无差拍控制策略,能够迅速跟踪、调节负载电流。釆用Matlab/Simulink软件对所提控制策略进行了仿真,验证了该策略的有效性。最后设计了一台5000A实验样机,并在样机上进行实验。
According to the traditional direct current generator for molded case circuit breaker snap test device exists long transition time, overshoot, transient precision and ripple difficult control problems, a dead-beat control strategy based on digital signal processing(DSP) implementation is put fbrword , which ables to quickly track and adjust the load current.The control strategy presented by Matlab/Simulink is simulated and the effectiveness of this strategy is verified.Finally, a 5 000 A test prototype is designed and tested on the prototype.
