摘要
针对脉冲电源中电池组充电问题,提出一种基于串联谐振原理的通用型宽幅电压充电装置。根据串联谐振电路输出电流与开关频率线性相关而与负载无关的特性,表明其具有对不同电压等级电池组进行恒流充电的功能,且可通过调节脉宽调制(PWM)脉冲频率改变输出电流大小。分析输出侧滤波电容和滤波电感对输出电流暂态过程的影响,选择合理的滤波参数,既可以减小稳态电流纹波,又能有效改善输出电流的超调。针对500V和1000V电池组负载,建立Matlab仿真模型并进行相应的实验验证,仿真和实验表明充电装置可对不同电压等级的电池组实现不同倍率的恒流充电。
Aiming at the problem of battery pack charging in pulsed power supply, a general-purpose wide-amplitude charging device based on the principle of series resonance is proposed. According to series resonant circuit output current is linearly related to frequency but not the voltage of the load, the device is able to charge batteries with different voltage levels at constant current.And the output current can be changed by adjusting the frequency of pulse width modulation (PWM). Analyze the influence of the filter capacitor and filter inductor. By selecting the appropriate filter parameters, the charging device can both reduce the ripple of the steady-state current and the overshoot of the output current.A Matlab simulation model is established and experimentally verified for battery loads with 500 V and 1 000 V.Simulation and experimental results show that charging device can charge the batteries with different voltage levels at different rates of current.
