摘要
目的根据航天员散湿特性研制一种控制精度高、结构简便、成本低的人体产湿模拟系统。方法装置由产湿系统、补水系统以及控制系统3部分组成。进行了产湿系统系统结构设计、补水系统结构设计和测控系统结构设计,并进行了系统测试,分别测试了5台产湿装置在50、60、80、155、183g/h五种工况下的产湿速率。结果装置在5种状态下产湿量范围广泛,可达到0~183g/h,满量程时精度大于2.6%,冗余性好,单次连续运行180d。结论研制的产湿装置在不同工况下运行稳定,一致性好,具有实际应用价值。
Objective To develop a mockup system for human body humidity production with high control accuracy,simple structure and low cost based on moisture production characteristics of astronauts.Methods The human body humidity production system consisted of 3 parts including humidity production,water supply and control,and the structure design of which were conducted.The moisture production rates of 5 humidifiers under 5 working conditions(50,60,80,155,183 g/h)were tested respectively.Results The system had a wide range of moisture production capacity(0~183 g/h),with an accuracy of 2.6% F.S.It also had a good redundancy and could undergo a single continuous operation for 180 d.Conclusion The system runs well under different working conditions,which is of considerable consistency and high practicability.
