摘要
将创业知识获取途径划分为经验学习、角色模仿、其他途径学习和正规教育学习这四类,构建知识获取对潜在创业者对创业可行性、创业愿望与社会认可的感知理论模型与假设推演,选取深圳制造业、房地产、商业服务类等行业的创业者作为调查样本,通过研究设计和数据分析对假设推演进行验证并得出结论,据此为潜在创业者提供创业学习路径及创业启发,培育更多企业家带动就业以产生更大的社会效益。
This paper divides entrepreneurship knowledge acquisition into four categories:experience learning,role imitation,other ways of communication learning and formal education learning,and constructs the perception theory model and hypothesis deduction of knowledge acquisition to potential entrepreneurs’entrepreneurial feasibility,entrepreneurial desire and social acceptance.It selects the entrepreneurs in manufacturing,real estate,business services and other industries in Shenzhen as the survey sample.Through research design and data analysis,the hypothesis deduction is verified and conclusions are drawn.The research results will provide potential entrepreneurs with entrepreneurial learning paths and entrepreneurial inspirations cultivate more entrepreneurs to promote employment and produce greater social benefits.
