摘要
本文简要分析了5MW三电平中压风电变流器单元设计,并对关键技术控制策略和设计方案展开了讨论,分别对5MW三电平中压风电变流器单元设计中的滤波器设计、斩波单元设计、预充电回路设计进行分析,同时根据5MW三电平中压风电变流器关键技术控制策略中的网侧变流器控制、机侧变流器控制等予以详述。最后对基于IEGT的5MW三电平中压风电变流器设计方案予以剖析,对主电路损害、热设计等予以分析。
In this paper,the design of 5 MW three-level medium-voltage wind power converter unit is briefly analyzed,and the key technology control strategy and design scheme are discussed.The filter design,chopper unit design and pre-charging circuit design in the design of 5 MW three-level medium-voltage wind power converter unit are analyzed respectively.At the same time,the grid side converter control and unit side converter control in of the key technology control strategy of 5MW three-level medium-voltage wind power converter are described in detail.Finally,the design scheme of 5MW three-level medium-voltage wind power converter based on IEGT is analyzed,and the main circuit damage and thermal design are analyzed.
