摘要
砂轮架主轴作为数控磨床的重要部件,其性能直接影响磨床的加工质量,砂轮架主轴的静态特性是数控磨床的重要性能指标。本文利用ANSYS软件对数控磨床砂轮架主轴进行静态特性分析,模拟计算出影响静态特性的主要参数,通过设置合适的参数可提高机床静态特性。
The spindle of grinding wheel is an important part of CNC grinder, and its performance directly affects the processing quality of grinder. The static characteristic of grinding wheel spindle is an important performance index of CNC grinder. In this paper, the ANSYS software was used to analyze the static characteristics of the spindle of the grinding wheel frame of the CNC grinding machine, and the main parameters that affect the static characteristics were simulated and calculated. By setting appropriate parameters, the static characteristics of machine tools could be improved.
