摘要
直流电机在实际运行当中往往会发生各种各样的问题和故障,本文对其中的励磁线圈接地短路故障进行分析,分别从电机的组成系统以及励磁原理进行了讨论,然后详述了直流电机励磁线圈接地故障的现象和故障检测的过程,最后对这种故障的解决办法进行了一定的论述,旨在为以后相关的故障检修和排除提供一些参考意见。
Various problems and failures often occur in the actual operation of DC motors. In this paper, the grounding short-circuit fault of excitation coil is analyzed. The composition system and excitation principle of the motor are discussed respectively. Then the phenomenon of grounding fault of DC motor excitation coil and the process of fault detection are detailed. Finally, the solution to this fault is discussed. The purpose of this paper is to provide some references for the related troubleshooting and fault removal in the future.
