基于空间杜宾模型的宁夏卫生机构床位数影响因素研究

Study on the Influencing Factors of Bed Number in Ningxia Health Institutions Based on Spatial Durbin Model

目的:分析2012—2016年宁夏区县床位数配置情况及影响因素,为宁夏境内卫生资源配置提供依据。方法:运用莫兰指数计算全局相关性和局部相关性,并采用空间杜宾模型对宁夏区县卫生机构床位数的主要影响因素进行分析。结果:宁夏各区县卫生机构床位数配置不仅受到本区县人均GDP、人均消费支出和人均缴纳医保费用的影响,同时也受到邻近区县人均GDP和总人口的影响。结论:建议在进行省域内资源配置的时候,在结合本区县特征和经济水平的基础上,也要考虑邻近区县的卫生资源需求。

Objective:To analyze the allocation of county-level hospital beds and its influencing factors in Ningxia District from 2012 to 2016,and provide a basis for the allocation of health resources in Ningxia.Methods:The Moran Index was used to calculate the overall correlation and partial correlation,and the Spatial Durbin Model was used to analyze the main influencing factors of the number of beds in the health institutions in Ningxia District.Results:The allocation of beds in health institutions in Ningxia was not only affected by the per capita GDP,per capita consumption expenditure and per capita medical insurance premiums of the districts and counties,but also affected by the per capita GDP and total population of neighboring counties.Conclusion:It was suggested to consider the health resource demand of neighboring counties combined the characteristics and economic levels of the districts and counties while processing the provincial regional resource allocation.
