摘要 目的:绩效薪酬制度改革是我国公立医院改革的重要内容,科学合理的绩效薪酬考评方法是公立医院保持公益性和长久发展、调动医护人员积极性的机制保障。方法:比较分析各类绩效薪酬考评方法的优缺点和适用范围。结果:设计以RBRVS与DRG为基础的,以成本控制和质量管理为内涵的公立医院绩效薪酬考评分配方案,为实践工作提供借鉴和思路。结论:我国公立医院绩效薪酬改革随着社会经济和医院自身发展的不断变化而变化,RBRVS和DRG较符合目前我国绩效薪酬改革大趋势,但切忌盲目套用,顶层设计和动态调整必不可少。 Objective:The reform of performance compensation system was an important part of the reform of public hospitals in China.The scientific and reasonable performance compensation evaluation method is a mechanism guarantee for public hospitals to maintain public welfare and long-term development and mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staff.Methods:It compared and analyzed the advantages,disadvantages and scope of various performance compensation evaluation methods.Results:The design of the performance compensation evaluation of public hospitals based on Resource-Based Relative Value Scale(RBRVS)and Diagnosis Related Group(DRG),focused on cost control and quality management was designed to provide references and ideas for their practical work.Conclusion:The performance compensation reform of public hospitals in China changed with the changes of social economy and hospitals development,although the RBRVS and DRG were more in line with the current trend of China's performance compensation reform,hospitals should not blindly apply them.The top design and dynamic adjustment were essential.
