Philosophy and Ideological Hegemony

夺取政权的舆论先导和维持政权的统治思想营造,是哲学的两大意识形态功能。"抽象的个人"是资本主义制度的哲学基础,以人民为中心则是社会主义制度的历史观依据。辩证唯物主义世界观从历史规律的客观存在、历史规律的可知性以及自觉实践历史规律的可能性方面提供了坚持共产党领导的哲学根据;但是,经由实践本体论的"去唯物论"而转向唯心史观和个人主义则有否定共产党领导,走向"全盘西化"的现实危险。错误哲学思想的潜移默化既是西方意识形态渗透的重要渠道,也是对于坚持党的领导不自信不自觉的重要思想根源。开展新的历史条件下思想舆论斗争,必须高度重视哲学世界观方法论的斗争。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想创造性地运用辩证唯物主义世界观方法论,在坚持共产党领导方面开创性地解决一系列重大的理论和实践课题的同时,也丰富和发展了马克思主义哲学。

Guiding ahead the public opinion of taking power and developing the ruling thought of maintaining the regime are two important ideological functions of philosophy.“Abstract individual” is the philosophical basis of capitalist system, and “people-centred principle” is the ground of the historical conception of socialist system. Dialectic materialism provides the philosophical basis of adhering to the leadership of the communist party from the perspectives of the objective existence and the knowability of the historical law, and the possibility of implementing the historical law consciously. However, turning to historical idealism and individualism through “de-materialism” of praxis ontology will be in the realistic danger of denying the leadership of the communist party and moving towards the wholesale westernization. The subtle influence of the wrong idea of philosophy is the important channel of the western ideological infiltration, as well as the important ideological roots of the non-confidence and non-consciousness in adhering to the leadership of the communist party. It is necessary to pay high attention to the struggle for dominating the world view and methodology of philosophy in the struggle of the ideological public opinion under the new historical conditions. Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era applies the world view and methodology of dialectic materialism creatively to solve a series of important theoretical and practical problems in the aspect of adhering to the leadership of the communist party, thus enriching and furthering Marxist philosophy as well.
