1.5%醚菊酯颗粒剂对蚊幼虫现场防治效果观察

Field test on the efficacy of 1.5% ethofenprox granules against mosquito larvae

目的评价1.5%醚菊酯颗粒剂对蚊幼虫的杀灭效果。方法选择3组试验场地,每组分为试验组和对照组,分别测定试验前和试验后1、2、7、10、14、21和28 d的蚊幼密度,计算相对杀灭率。结果 1号场地试验后1、2、7 d相对杀灭率分别为90.28%、96.51%、98.35%;2号场地试验后1、2、7 d相对杀灭率分别为93.30%、97.13%、99.15%,10、14、21和28 d的相对杀灭率均为100%;3号场地试验后1、2、7、10、14、21和28 d的相对杀灭率分别为94.31%、97.23%、98.39%、66.40%、85.60%、88.80%、74.37%。结论该杀虫剂具有速效性,24～48 h相对杀灭率达到90%以上。药效有一定的持久性,受到测试水容量、当地蚊虫密度、水深度、夏日是否有遮阴处等因素影响。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 1.5% ethofenprox granules against mosquito larvae in field.Methods The density of mosquito larvae was measured before and 1,2,7,10,14,21 and 28 days after the experiment.The relative killing rates were calculated.Results The relative killing rates of 1,2 and 7 d after the application at site one were respectively 90.28%,96.51% and 98.35%.The relative killing rates of 1,2,7,10,14,21 and 28 d after the application were respectively 93.30%,97.13%,99.15%,100%,100%,100% and 100% at site 2,and 94.31%,97.23%,98.39% 66.40%,85.60%,88.80% and 74.37% at site 3.Conclusion The application of 1.5% ethofenprox granules could reach the relative killing rates over 90% against mosquito larvae in 24-48 h,and showed some persistent control effect which might be affected by water capacity,local mosquito density and water depth.
