摘要 目的了解常熟市淡色库蚊幼虫、家蝇、德国小蠊对卫生杀虫剂的抗药性情况,为指导科学用药提供依据。方法采用幼虫浸渍法、点滴法和药膜法分别测定淡色库蚊、家蝇和德国小蠊的抗药性。结果淡色库蚊幼虫对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、仲丁威和双硫磷抗性倍数分别为1.33、4.92、5.23、9.02、78.25倍;家蝇对辛硫磷、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、仲丁威和敌敌畏抗性倍数分别为9.29、9.76、12.33、15.96、43.34倍;德国小蠊对毒死蜱、乙酰甲胺磷、残杀威、溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯抗性倍数分别为1.57、2.10、2.42、4.30、5.73倍。结论淡色库蚊幼虫、家蝇和德国小蠊对测试的杀虫剂产生了不同程度的抗性。 Objective To realize the insecticide resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larvae,Musca domestica and Blattella germanica in Changshu City,and provide scientific basis for rational chemical control.Methods Larval impregnation method,topical application and residual film methods were respectively adopted for test insecticide resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larvae,Musca domestica,and Blattella germanica.Results The larvae of C.pipiens pallens evolved 1.33,4.92,5.23,9.02 and 78.25 folds resistance respectively to permethrin,deltamethrin,beta-cypermethrin,fenobucarb and temephos.M.domestica generated 9.29,9.76,12.33,15.96 and 43.34 folds resistance respectively to phoxim,beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin,fenobucarb and dichlorvos.B.germanica developed 1.57,2.10,2.42,4.30 and 5.73 folds respectively to chlopyrifos,acephate,propoxur,deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin.Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens larvae,Musca domestica and Blattella germanica showed some resistance to the tested insecticides.
