摘要
针对建筑铸钢件造型美观、刚度好的要求,分析了其压力铸造工艺方案,建立了铸造仿真模型。对建筑铸钢件铸造过程中充型及凝固特性进行仿真分析。结果表明,在建筑铸钢件铸造过程中,充型及凝固比较平稳,无卷气及缩孔、缩松不良现象;在不同凝固时间下,同一位置固相分数不同;在同一凝固时间下,不同位置固相分数也不同。研究结果能为建筑铸钢件生产及其他建筑产品铸造成型提供理论依据。
Aiming at the requirements of beautiful shape and good rigidity of steel castings,the pressure casting process scheme was analyzed.The foundry simulation model was established.The mold filling and solidification characteristics of building steel castings were simulated and analyzed.The results show that the filling and solidification are relatively stable in the casting process of building steel castings,and there is no bad phenomena such as air entrapment,shrinkage hole and shrinkage porosity.At different solidification time,the solid fraction in the same position is different.At the same solidification time,the fraction of solid phase at different positions is also different.The results can provide theoretical basis for the production of building steel castings and other building products.
