摘要
采用不同熔炼温度、浇注温度和浇注速度进行了ZG35CrV钢新型机械垫块的铸造,并进行了冲击磨料磨损试验。结果表明:熔炼温度1580℃时,垫块冲击磨料磨损体积较1520℃熔炼时(磨损体积23.0×10^(-3) mm^3)减小47.8%;浇注温度1550℃时,垫块冲击磨料磨损体积较1600℃浇注时(磨损体积26.0×10^(-3) mm^3)减小53.8%;浇注速度300 mm/min时,垫块冲击磨料磨损体积较700 mm/min浇注时(磨损体积24.0×10^(-3) mm^3)减小50%。ZG35CrV新型机械垫块的熔炼温度、浇注温度和浇注速度分别优选为:1580℃、1550℃、300 mm/min。
A new type of ZG35CrV steel mechanical mat blocks was cast by using different melting temperatures,pouring temperatures and pouring speeds,and the impact abrasive wear test was carried out.The results show that when the melting temperature is 1580℃,the wear volume of mat block impact abrasive decreases by 47.8% compared with that cast at melting temperature of 1520℃(wear volume of 23.0×10^-3 mm^3).When pouring temperature is 1550 ℃,the wear volume of mat block impact abrasive reduces by 53.8% compared with that cast at pouring temperature of 1600℃(wear volume of 26.0×10^-3 mm^3).When the casting speed is 300 mm/min,the wear volume of mat block impact abrasive reduces by 50% compared with that cast at casting speed of 700 mm/min(wear volume of 24.0×10^-3 mm^3).The melting temperature,pouring temperature and casting speed of ZG35 CrV mechanical mat blocks are 1580℃,1550℃ and 300 mm/min respectively.
