不同镦粗温度对AZ80镁合金空洞闭合演化规律的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了不同镦粗温度下AZ80镁合金空洞的演化规律。在一定的压下量(6 mm)和压下速度(0.1 mm/s)下,分别在340、350、360、370、380、390℃进行镦粗。利用数值模拟软件Deform对其成形过程进行了模拟,得出AZ80镁合金在不同温度镦粗时,空洞闭合的一般演化规律。然后在INSTRON万能拉伸机上进行镦粗验证试验,确定一般演化规律的真实性和准确性。结果表明,随着镦粗温度的变化,AZ80镁合金在360℃时,空洞近乎于完全闭合。 The evolution of AZ80 magnesium alloy voids at different upsetting temperatures was studied.The upsetting was carried out at 340,350,360,370,380,390 ℃ under a certain reduction(6 mm)and reduction velocity(0.1 mm/s).The forming process was simulated by numerical simulation software Deform.The general evolution law of void closure of AZ80 magnesium alloy under different upsetting temperature was obtained.Then the upsetting verification test was carried out by using INSTRON universal tensile machine to determine the authenticity and accuracy of its general evolution law.The results show that with the change of upsetting temperature,the voids of AZ80 magnesium alloy are almost completely closed at 360 ℃.
