摘要
在带钢热连轧生产中,不合理的立辊侧压量分配会导致立辊严重磨损和轧制不稳定。为了合理分配各道次立辊侧压量,根据现场数据回归得到轧件宽厚比与侧压量关系曲线,合理分配了立辊各道次侧压量。根据曲线和目标中间坯宽度,采用牛顿迭代法,得到了立辊各道次合理的开口度,以此保持轧制稳定、准确控制中间坯宽度和减小立辊的磨损。结果表明,模型的中间坯宽度预报精度为±1.5 mm,达到98.7%;换规格第一卷预报精度为±3.0 mm,达到94.4%。在立辊一个换辊周期磨损量为2.8 mm。
In the production of steel strip hot continuous rolling,unreasonable distribution of vertical roll side pressure will lead to serious wear of vertical roll and rolling instability.In order to reasonably distribute the lateral pressure of each pass vertical roller,according to the field data regression,the curve between the width to thickness ratio and the lateral pressure of the workpiece was obtained,and the side pressure of vertical roll was reasonably allocated.According to the curve and the target blank width,the reasonable opening degree of each pass of the vertical roller was obtained by Newton iteration method,so as to maintain the rolling stability,accurately control the intermediate slab width and reduce the wear of the vertical roll.The results show that the prediction accuracy of the intermediate blank width of the model is ±1.5 mm,which reaches 98.7%;the prediction accuracy of the first volume after changing specification is ±3.0 mm,which reaches 94.4%.The wear of the vertical roller in a roll changing cycle is 2.8 mm.
