杜仲叶水提物对保加利亚乳杆菌抑菌活性的影响 被引量:7

Effect of aqueous extract of Eucommia ulmoides leaves on antimicrobial activity of Lactobacillus bulgaricus

摘要 目的研究杜仲叶水提物对保加利亚乳杆菌Lactobacillus bulgaricus生长及最适生长浓度下杜仲叶水提物对保加利亚乳杆菌抑菌活性的影响。方法采用平板菌落计数法研究不同浓度杜仲叶水提物对保加利亚乳杆菌生长的影响;采用牛津杯法,以抑菌圈直径为指标研究在杜仲叶水提物作用下保加利亚乳杆菌对金黄色葡萄球菌金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性。结果 5 mg·m L^(-1)的杜仲叶水提物对保加利亚乳杆菌的生长有较强的促进作用;同时,经此浓度杜仲叶水提物作用24 h后,不同接种量的保加利亚乳杆菌对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性均强于单一菌液或药液,其中,2. 4×10~7CFU·m L^(-1)接种量的保加利亚乳杆菌对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用最强。结论在适宜剂量下,杜仲叶可能通过促进益生菌的生长达到抑制致病菌的效果,调节肠道菌群平衡,发挥杜仲叶的补益功效。 OBJECTIVE To study the effect of the aqueous extract of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.leaves on the growth of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and antimicrobial activity of L.bulgaricus in optimal growth concentration.METHODS Plate colony counting method was used to investigate the effects of different concentrations of the E.ulmoides leaves aqueous extract on the growth of L.bulgaricus.Oxford cup method were used to study the antibacterial activity of L.bulgaricus that under the action of the aqueous extract E.ulmoides leaves on Staphylococcus aureus.RESULTS 5 mg·mL^-1 aqueous extract could significantly promote L.bulgaricus growth;under this concentration of the aqueous extract for 24 h,L.bulgaricus showed stronger antimicrobial activity against S.aureus at a broad inoculum range than the single bacterial liquid or medicine liquid,among which2.4×10^7 CFU·mL^-1 inoculation of L.bulgaricus had the strongest bacteriostatic effect against S.aureus.CONCLUSION At the appropriate dosage,eucommia ulmoides leaves may inhibit the pathogenic bacteria by promoting the growth of probiotics,regulate intestinal flora balance,exert the beneficial effect of E.ulmoides leaves.
